Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you book.

Does this replace my receptionist?

No. It covers nights, weekends and the times she is on another line.

Does this replace my scheduling or dispatch software?

No. It runs next to it. You keep booking and invoicing where you do now.

What does the automated assistant do?

It answers calls your team does not, says it is automated, takes a message and offers a booking time. It does not quote prices, diagnose problems, promise arrival times or give advice, and it passes urgent calls to your on-call number. You approve what it says before it goes live.

Will it text people at night?

It replies to someone who just called or filled out your form, with your on-call number for emergencies. Marketing and follow-up messages go out only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Who gets texted?

People who contacted your business, people who asked for a quote, past customers within the limits in your agreement, and people who gave written consent. Never a purchased or scraped list.

What happens in an emergency?

Your on-call number gets an alert, and the customer is told to leave the area and call 911 if anyone is in danger, there is smoke, a gas smell or a carbon monoxide alarm. We do not dispatch, assess danger or promise a response.

Is this guaranteed?

We commit to 10 Additional Booked Jobs in the 60-day pilot. If we fall short, we run the system free for up to 30 more days and you can leave with no minimum-term fees. Pilot fees are not refunded, and we cannot promise revenue. Response times are targets, not guarantees. The conditions are in your agreement.

Do you use AI?

We use AI tools to draft, sort and route messages and to prepare reports. You approve every message template first. An automated voice assistant can answer calls your team misses. It says it is automated at the start of every call, handles inbound calls only and does not record the call. See our Privacy Policy.

Do you record calls?

No. Call recording and voicemail transcription are off unless you turn them on in writing. The automated assistant keeps a short text note of what the caller asked for. Florida requires everyone’s consent to record a call, and you would be responsible for that consent.

Who owns the customer data?

You do.

What does it cost?

See the pilot page.
