Tadahh Systems LLC (“Tadahh Systems,” “we,” “us”), a Florida limited liability company at 3975 Isles View Drive, Suite 104, Wellington, FL 33414, runs the website tadahhsystems.com and provides lead-response and customer-communication services to businesses (“Clients”).
Two roles. For visitors to our website and people who book a call with us, we decide how the information is used. For the customers and leads of our Clients, we process information for the Client under our agreement with that Client. If you contacted one of our Clients, that business is responsible for its own use of your information, and you can also contact us.

To reply to you and schedule calls; to provide, secure and improve the services we run for Clients; to send reminders and service messages you asked for; to keep records of consent and opt-outs; to prepare reports for Clients; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to meet legal obligations.
We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools, including AI features built into the software platforms we run, to help draft, sort, route and send messages, to summarize conversations and prepare reports, and to set up and test our services. These tools process the information you give us and the messages you send to the businesses we serve, which can include names, phone numbers, email addresses and message content.
We choose tools and settings that, under their published terms, do not use this information to train AI models offered to others. We do not use AI to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. A person at Tadahh Systems LLC or at the business you contacted can review messages. If an AI assistant talks with you directly, including by phone, it will say that it is automated at the start. We do not record those calls.
AI can make mistakes. Do not rely on an automated message in an emergency. If anyone is in danger, call 911.
We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information, phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing. Service providers that process messages for us, including AI tools, act only on our instructions. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
We do not sell personal information for money.
We keep text-message consent and opt-out records for five years after the last message so that we can show compliance. We keep other records for as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal and tax duties, then delete or de-identify them.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls and a vendor review, to protect information. No system is perfectly secure.
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
