What happens in the first minute

From an unanswered call to a booked job, step by step.

1

A customer calls and no one answers

Your phone line forwards the unanswered call to the number we set up for you.

2

An automated assistant picks up

It says right away that it is automated, asks what the customer needs, takes their name, number and request, and offers a time on your calendar. It does not quote prices or give advice, and it does not record the call. Urgent requests go to your on-call number, and anyone in danger is told to leave the area and call 911.

3

A text goes out from your company name

Within our 60-second target after the call ends, the customer gets your booking link and on-call number. If the customer hangs up before the assistant picks up, the text goes out within our 10-second target.

4

You get an alert

The call note or missed call and the customer’s reply appear in your text inbox.

5

The customer books or replies

Your team or ours replies from the inbox using wording you approved. The customer picks a time on your calendar.

6

Quotes get follow-up

Messages on days 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30, only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. They stop when the customer replies, books or opts out.

7

You get a weekly summary

A short Monday text shows calls, missed calls, replies, booked appointments and jobs counted toward the commitment.

What this is not. This is not a live answering service, an emergency service or a dispatch service. The automated assistant takes messages and books times. We do not send your staff, decide whether a situation is dangerous, or promise that anyone will respond. Customers in danger are told to call 911.
Who gets a text. Only people who contacted your business first, plus people who gave their written consent. We do not buy lists and we do not text people who have not contacted you.
