Retainers have a three-month minimum, then month to month on 30 days’ notice. Extra AI call minutes are billed per minute.

How a job is counted. A confirmed appointment from a call, form, message or follow-up the system handled, with a customer you had not booked in the previous 12 months. Your job records are the source of truth.
What the commitment needs from you. The signed intake form, access to your Google Business Profile, website forms and phone system, business details for texting registration, and 12 months of job counts and average tickets so we measure from a real baseline. You enable call forwarding, respond to leads promptly and record jobs accurately.
Timing. Go-live is within 5 business days after we have your items, subject to carrier registration approvals we do not control. The 60 days start at go-live.
AI call answering is included. It answers inbound calls only, tells the caller it is an automated assistant, and keeps call recording off.
