These terms cover your use of tadahhsystems.com. Services we provide to Clients are governed by a separate signed Client Services Agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
1. Who we are. Tadahh Systems LLC is a Florida limited liability company at 3975 Isles View Drive, Suite 104, Wellington, FL 33414.
2. Using the site. You may use the site for lawful, business purposes. Do not copy it for commercial use without our written permission, interfere with it, probe its security, or use it to send spam or unlawful messages.
3. Information on the site. The site describes our services in general terms. It is not legal, tax, insurance or professional advice. Response times on the site are targets, not guarantees. Results depend on many things we do not control, including your phone carrier, your staff’s follow-up, your pricing and the market. We do not promise revenue, profit, rankings or number of customers.
4. Not an emergency service. Our services are not an emergency service, a live answering service or a dispatch service. An automated assistant may answer calls for our Clients and will say that it is automated. If anyone is in danger, call 911.
5. Requests and bookings. Submitting a form or booking a call does not create a contract for services. A contract exists only when you sign a Client Services Agreement.
6. Texting. Our texting program is described on our SMS Terms page, which is part of these terms.
7. Our content. The site, its text, designs and logos belong to Tadahh Systems LLC or its affiliates and licensors. “Tadahh” and our logos are marks of our affiliate Tadahh, Inc. and are used under license. You may link to the site but may not imply endorsement.
8. Third-party sites. Links to other sites are for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimers. The site and our general information are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
10. Limits on liability. To the extent the law allows, Tadahh Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site. For the site itself, our total liability is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity. You will cover losses we suffer from your unlawful use of the site or your breach of these terms.
12. Governing law. Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts for Palm Beach County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes. We may change these terms by posting new ones with a new effective date. Using the site after that means you accept them.
